Bill Clinton on Leadership

If you are having a problem with leading people, you are not alone. In a speech he made at Galesburg, IL, during his presidency, Bill Clinton said,

"Running a country is a lot like running a cemetery; you've got a lot of people under you but nobody's listening."

Moral of the Story: Having the greatest authority in the free world still doesn't guarantee that people will do your bidding.
